Today I came to White House black market outlets in Clementine location I shop all I was looking for , Zari did a fantastic job to help me , she has wonderful personality and great skills to help Customers I came to buy one piece I finished with 10 items . I just wanted to stop and say thank you dear Zari for taking your time to help me your did a amazing job

I was desperate for some work clothes at a sale price and this is my go to place. It was 5:30 on a Monday.l and they close at 8. I went to the back to find the sale section but it was getting re-merchandised and things were confusing. The staff was chatting the entire time about moving stuff around and putting up and taking down sale signs to get ready for tomorrow. I heard all conversations. About who's opening and closing and how they will be there every night that week and how one has to work overtime and who's coming in tomorrow and at what time. I heard the plan on "if they take down the signs early the customer should be happy they will come up on sale."  Meanwhile, I have a handful of clothes, nobody started a fitting room for me, nobody cared if I went into the fitting rooms, nobody asked if I needed a size. I put away my own go-backs. I heard one comment from the manager that "what I was trying on looked cute" as she had her purse and was leaving the store. As I went shopping again for round two, I'm stilling watching them chatting like there was nobody in the store .. about merchandising, signage, and schedules. But now I need to know pricing but all of the signs were gone. I'm still confused on what's what, so I had to ask them what the price was. Which did affect my willingness to try it on.  They did apologize for the mess and signs all over the counters. It seemed very unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I worked retail, we did this stuff at closing, or at least when there were no customers in the store. It felt very different then my normal shopping experience here. Maybe the president's weekend sale was a big undertaking, and I get that, but someone still needs to focus on the customer. If I hadn't driven so far and if my husband hadn't helped me, I definitely wouldn't have spent what I did. Overall their clothes are some of the best in quality and class. I miss the amount of black dresses they used to have though.

Popped in her most recently the evening of Black Friday 2021.Great deals! A lot of the sweaters were between $20 - $25. Long and short sleeves shirts were around $15.I wish they'd had pants that weren't stretchy waistband. Even the "work pants" / career pants had stretchy waists. Not my thing. The selection here is different than a non-outlet WHBM, just FYI. It looks like the product label is different too.(The non-outlet version carried non stretchy waistband pants, I saw today).2021: 49/100

WHBM clothes fit me well and i needed new clothes for a new job so i stopped in.  nice to see discounts and i found 3 pants and a pair of shorts.  staff didn't help me until i checked out.  happy with my purchases.
