      image Horrible customer service, Manager Jackie, Elizabeth and staff are very rude and just lazy. They never return calls or provide any assistance, nothing but excuses. Thankfully I haven't needed much over the years but this place is a complete disgrace and disappointment. When I did need assistance or direction I had to go in person and was told I need to call the 1-800 number FOR EVERYTHING! They can't help they only write policies and then you're on your own
