I followed Eddie over here and the shop is a 360 from the other shop she was at. Its so clean and the everyone here is so nice! Obviously Eddie is so talented as well!

April 2024 --New update. Jasmine is back ! Yaaaaay ! back to 5 stars. She's the best nail tech I've ever had. She is talented, meticulous, thorough, and efficient. She doesn't rush, but s very efficient, and doesn't make you feel like your small requests are bothersome.
Jan/2024---Update from my initial review 2 yrs ago.
I had been using Jasmine as my nail tech for about a year and she had been absolutely amazing ! Unfortunately she's no longer there, but I was told she was on leave. I hope she's returning because I went in a few days ago and I had to use a different tech.
I wanted an identical manicure as the one Jasmine had done my previous visit but unfortunately the color she used wasn't available. So I said I wanted the closest thing to it. They helped me choose a color, I said that was fine . Strangely, the new tech KEPT asking me throughout the process if I wanted red, orange, chrome, etc.
Noooo, I want what I've told you multiple times that I wanted, the closest thing to what I had last time, and you've already sat on your station. I even had provided pics, but she strangely kept pushing for me to choose something different . I'm a simple girl when it comes to nails. My own nails are long, I just get an acrylic overlay, gel polish, and occasionally, a simple flower on 2 nails. I like classy, simple, feminine nail styles.
The tech didn't even slightly push back/touch my cuticles. I know that the more expensive mani usually covers cuticles, but I've never not had a tech not even pass something over my cuticles, so I asked to borrow her cuticle pusher then pushed them back myself.
My manicure came out lumpy and felt rushed. I was so over it and was ready to go because it felt like my tech didn't want to be bothered in the 1st place. I will likely stop by to have her or another tech repair the lumps next week.
Hopefully Jasmine will be back when it's time for another manicure or I'll try to get Leah, who is good and was my original tech.
I'll try to post pics of the lumpy, bumpy, rushed mess.

Leah is great, quick, efficient and professional. Exceptional customer service skills. I'll definitely be a regular !
