A simple hotel, it wasn't bad for the price, but I didn't like that they are being remodeled and they don't warn, I'm allergic and I didn't have a good time at all! Apart from having details in the room. Not to mention that I was locked in the elevator with my family when I arrived. I hope they correct the details because for the price, location and service it is not bad at all

When we got there no one welcomed us, the guy in the front desk looked like he didn't want to be there. Rooms were ok, comfy beds. Bathtub was broken on one side. The parking lot has very bright lights that can still be seen after closing the curtains. Breakfast was no good, sausage but no eggs. Cream cheese was past due, awful taste. Waffle maker only cooks on one side but not the other. The lady that serves the breakfast didn't even awknowledge us. The housekeeper was nice though. Location was perfect, 10 minutes from SeaWorld and close to restaurants. This place can do better.

Never go there with any animals. They will not except animals. I quess because the front desk people are born and raised in India. We really felt unwelcome there. So we took our business to another veteran friendly hotel just down the street.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! The ongoing construction significantly impacted our stay. The noise, dust, and overall inconvenience were highly disruptive. Hotel reservation does not inform guests about such major renovations in advance. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until the construction is completed. I made an online reservation and paid for the entire stay during check-in. However, in addition to the full payment, they demanded a $100 cash deposit, even though I had already settled the bill. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong smell of dust and fresh paint, exposed wires, no light bulbs anywhere in the room but a LED mirror, The carpet, doors, and furniture were covered in dust. This hotel poses several safety hazards. Despite being with children and struggling to breathe due to the poor air quality, the front desk staff was unable to assist us effectively. They instructed us to return when the manager is available tomorrow. Frustrated, I contacted customer service, and they advised me to go back to the hotel for the necessary assistance. We left the hotel late at night with two kids, without formally checking out because we were informed that we shouldnt do so without the managers involvement. Unacceptable!!!!
