First time for an MRI. Semi claustrophobic and very anxious. Highly recommend this location and their staff. Doug helped get me through the process without any problems. An outstanding professional. He's the best.

Totally disappointed in the results process. I was told on Thursday morning after my mammogram that my doctor would have the results Friday morning. Mid morning I called my doctor who didnt have the results yet and they told me to call Bexar Imaging directly. BI told me they needed my previous mammogram. I explained it was out of state and the doctor had retired and I didnt want to worry about the results all weekend (there is breast cancer in my family). Then I proceeded on calling my doctor back to ask for their help and this was all prior to 10:45. Around 1:00 I call Bexar back and the person I spoke with had no knowledge of my morning call. She explained they might not get to it today. Their request for a prior mammogram should have been discussed with me before proceeding with my appointment. I dont ever want to go back to such an uncaring place. My weekend is now filled with worry. I am sure their are other facilities who show more empathy.
