It was completely infested with roaches everywhere. We had to get another hotel. There was also a $50 deposit that was never mentioned of until we arrived after booking. It also says online that there is breakfast included, not true! They make you initial a form sitting right in front of them and get mad when you actually read whats on it and the breakfast is not included because of covid 19. The staff is well aware of the roach infestation and still chose to be snarky with us for wanting to leave.
Noteworthy details: Absolutely do not stay here unless you want to be disrespected by staff and have roaches crawling all over you and your belongings.

Good value worth the price. Happy the manager helped get a noisy room nextdoor to shut their blasting music off.
Rooms: Just wish they were a little more clean and better remodeled

The hotel provided very very bad customer service. I booked my reservation weeks before. I checked my reservation in the morning at 10 Am on my arrival day. Reservation is active. When I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm that night. The hotel cancelled my reservation. And they sold out. According to the Front Desk Agents at night, the agent in the morning tried to call me and I never answered so they cancelled my reservation. One, they lie. I never received a call from them. Two, if I never answered the call that means you never confirmed my arrival with me. How can you cancel my reservation without my permission. So, I am arriving at the hotel at almost 10 pm Saturday night on Spring Break weekend close to SeaWorld. No room to sleep. All the front desk told me is 'I am sorry'. Not even try to offer to find me other locations.

I could give it a 0/10 if I could . I have stayed in 1000+ hotels and never wrote a bad review but this one is my first
I first called the hotel 3/8/2024 @ 4:00pm to see what price is there deposit if I use my points she said 20$ after booking it when I got there she changed the price to 50$ I told her I dont have it she rudely suggested to leave my card or my license and lowered it to 30 but still took my card to hold it.
Going inside the room I see a big roach and it smells like pure cigarettes I went back to ask for another room she rudely said every room is booked and obviously you could see there are barely 5 cars in the parking lot and in there website there are rooms available.
If your looking to stay here you might as well sleep in your car because you cannot even fall asleep in this type of environment.
Rooms: Rooms smell like pure cigarettes and there is big roaches everywhere
Safety: Its not safe at all.
