I went to get a windshield for my vehicle. The Lady in the front desk said she had my windshield in the back. I waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes. Finally she screamed across the lobby area and said " I don't got your windshield available, You gotta come back Monday morning,I'm ordering it.. so yes basically waited for nothing.
