      image I went to visit a Taco Bell here in San Antonio on Wurzbach Road and both experiences the customer service level was not satisfactory the employees were more concerned about getting me out of their drive-thru more than anything with no greeting no thank you no nothing or making sure that the order I place was correct

      image Love going here but lately the guy at the window is rude and doesnt care about your drinks or food. He will give you drink a with it over flowing and not give napkins and be rude when asking.
      I also tried to buy a large water for a homeless man and he said i couldnt. He said, the largest size for a water was a medium even when I offered to pay for it. He said he still couldnt. I just wanted to give this man a large water but I was only able to get him a medium and a taco. New changes need to be made in the world. Some people need things and just a new start sometimes.
