I called the office to find out if this firm provided assistance with my particular situation . The lady on the phone was very sweet and professional and provided me the information that I needed. My circumstances was not something that the law firm handled but I appreciated the information that was given and the time spent to make sure that I had the correct information to seek an attorney for my situation. I will definitely call this firm again if I need employment assistance.

I contacted this law office using the online free consult. I did receive a call back shortly from a nice lady at the firm
She obtained additional details and advised the attorney would review the information and call back. After a few days later after not hearing anything I called the office back. The same nice lady told me that my review was declined. I explained that i was prepared to spend a few hundred just to get legal advise but was told good luck in your search. Not a real professional firm at all in my opinion. UPDATE UPDATE. REVIEW UPDATED AND RATING CHANGED. The attorney has since called me back. He has been most professional and did provide much needed advise. He is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help on a very short timeline.

Had a discrimination issue with a popular personal injury firm and reached out to Jeffrey Goldberg understanding that few attorneys would have the courage required to sue no matter how solid the case because something struck me as different about this office. I submitted my info online and quickly learned that this firm is no exception. From my online submission, I withheld the name of my former employer in hopes of receiving a candid assessment. Instead I received no assessment at all, but a call saying they needed my employer's info in order to avoid a conflict of interest. Because I'm also an attorney I know that a conflict doesn't arise from a mere consultation. Still I gave the info knowing it would be fatal. As expected, I got an email stating that after her "free assessment" (how gracious they were to remind me), the reviewing attorney could not accept my case nor offer any advice because her docket was full. I guess her docket somehow filled up between the time she started reviewing my info and the time she finished which was only moments after I hung up from the office. They are extremely responsive if nothing else. I'm not sure why they even accepted the inquiry because all the other attorneys must also have had full dockets. Maybe they stopped accepting them after my case. My advice to this office is to wait a few days or so to decline cases if the declination is because of docket restrictions of a single attorney in an office of several. The way I was handled is kind of insulting as it were. To be fair though, I've never been blown off so politely. The rejection email was extremely helpful offering info on unemployment and other things of no real substantive value. But I guess it was naive of me to expect the office to simply say it was afraid to fight my former employer. "Dear Mr. Luckett, although I only played golf with your former employer a few times I know his pocket are much deeper than mine and he'll have me tied up in motions for years to come in hopes of bankrupting me so I don't want that smoke, Good luck" - would have even sufficed. So, if your issue happens to involve a high profile employer, especially a law firm, I wouldn't waste my time seeking help from this office.
