DEF NOT RECOMMEND! not helpful at all and just so many things that they could do better but for whatever reason just DONT. Been waiting over a month for a pair of trial contacts to come in while the doc holds the prescription hostage in the fear I go somewhere else more efficient. Meanwhile my eyes are bloodshot dry and painful from the contacts she gave me on the day of exam. Wrong prescription , wrong brand , wrong wrong wrong all over .. the LensCrafters next door is great and this place could learn a thing or two from their customer service.
Im literally starting the contact lens process over from scratch (eye exam and all) with a different doctor and the hassle and additional cost is worth it , just not having to deal with these guys anymore .

Doc is very knowledgeable and even diagnosed by child w/ an eye problem that had been overlooked by other ODs.

I feel like I got scammed into coming here. LensCrafters sent me an email encouraging me to book an exam so I booked online not knowing it would be scheduled with a completely separate company. And Apparently thier online booking system is a joke. I arrived for my appointment time at 11am only to find they were just leaving for lunch and the doors were locked?! And i was NOT the only one waiting outside for an appointment while they enjoyed their lunch. When they finally acknowledged us, they claimed they had no record of my appointment even tho I had an email confirmation. Instead of being apologetic, they made excuses, argued with me and encouraged me to reschedule my appointment. She even admitted to me that the online system always overbooks so they're constantly having to call people to reschedule. I decided to wait while other overbooked appointments rushed in. I was also annoyed that since LensCrafters was in a different office nextdoor, I was unable to look at glasses while I wait. The most concerning of this horrible experience, I waited over an hour to be seen, but when it was finally my turn, the "Dr" literally spent 3 minutes on my eye exam. It was completely rushed and the Dr gave me the feeling he didn't want to be there. He spent more time trying to sell me lasek, and trying to scold me about not paying extra for a different type of unneeded exam than the time he took giving the actual exam. I am NEVER coming here again!
