When we moved into our new house, I first tried 2 other companies in the Houston area, both of those companies completely failed in attention to detail. I am former military so the word meticulous is taken to a whole new level when I search for a contractor or service provider, carpet cleaning is no exception. Then I discovered Guajardo’s Carpet Care through our neighborhood forum, and decided to give them a try. It was a remarkable difference in the level of professionalism, customer service and level of detail that the gentlemen from Guajardo’s Carpet Care demonstrated.

I thought the carpets were pretty shot (10 years old) but the technician was able to get them looking very good and they dried very fast. I had a couple of pet stains but they were gone. If I was still living there in the Houston area I would use them again.
