Recently I contacted Alan Rosenbladtt to inquire about having my 16-year-old Rainbow serviced for the first time. I'm glad I did! It was way overdue on some much-needed TLC. Alan is a consummate professional, and he thoroughly checked all components. My Rainbow is now clean and shiny and looks new! And best of all, the performance has dramatically increased. Alan also made a couple of product recommendations on some newer accessories to enhance the use-ability of the unit, which I did purchase. I highly recommend Alan's service to anyone needing repairs or to buy a new unit.

I used to have a rainbow vacuum I loved it so much I wish I had another one. But I am on a fixed income since I lost my husband a few years back. He was a veteran and he introduced me to the best vacuum ever I give it 10 stars because this is one vacuum that does so much. One day when I win the lottery I will get another one. I will continue to let everyone know you will never be disappointed with the rainbow vacuum. Trust me a stranger that used to have one. Thank you Rainbow for inventing the best damn vacuum there is. I would also run it because it cleaned my air in the house and I have asthma. But now since mine was stolen a few years back Ive been having trouble with my asthma flare ups.Trust me when I say I Will get another one. I trust Rainbow 100%
