They do say everything to make you sign their contract. It has been pretty useless. I recommend just getting a ring door bell instead. The batteries for my door ran out after only 6 months! The ADT tech support told me that my battery had a defect when they installed it, and they want me to order one. Lol. This is such a joke. I contacted the guy who told me he will help me out if i need anything. Not a response.

I've had the worst experience with this company from day one, from pushing and pushing me to purchase their services. Sales pitches when they've come. My alarm hasn't worked for two months, I've called several times, transfered multiple times. I've asked repeatedly for a tech to come out and they've given me the runaround. One tech needed to use my remote during an install and I never saw the remote again. They installed a camera that never recharges so i have to manually remove it and charge it myself even though its plugged into an outlet. I finally got someone to schedule a tech to come out for the dead alarm but they want to charge me $125 on top of the two months that I haven't been able to arm my home. I am done with this company. I'm canceling.

When Training Your "Door to Door" Solicitor, Train them to Identify themselves, just had One of Your so called "Guys" Show up to My front Door, be standoffish, and not show His Right Hand, my Hand instantly went on My Weapon, only After I did some prodding did He Identify himself (as Elijah) and I Threw him off My Property, You seriously need to train Your Employee's better, that Moron put Me on edge.
Just because you are wearing an ADT Shirt, doesn't mean you're Working for ADT.

Bulldog ADT in San Antonio was going to "hire" my family member as a "sales associate". Promising a profitable sales position. However, as the "new hire" you have to sell ADT services to at least two friends or family members the first week of "employment". Beware, if they offer you a position in sales. The reality is you are the sale they are looking for. It's a marketing/sales scam. Not an employment opportunity.
