Henry Shamdas is a top notch real estate agent. To say he went above and beyond to help us find the home we wanted is an understatement. The level of knowledge and professionalism was unparalleled and really exceeded our expectations! Henry is a personal friend who I've watched his success grow. I knew he was the perfect agent for us. The agency Texas and Gisselle made everything easy. i decided to move forward with Gisselle because she was very dedicated and put all her heart to find the best place for me to called home. As a first home buyer it was milestone. Gisselle was everything i needed, she was always available to answer any question i have. she's highly recommend for anyone that looking to purchase.

If you're looking for an Amazing Realtor look no further than Leah Tarver. From the moment we spoke we just clicked. When we first spoke to Leah, she asked us what we were looking for in a house and I explained we weren't necessarily looking to purchase a home right away but just wanted to look to get ideas on what size and layout of a home would work for best for our family. Prior to each visit Leah would send us an itinerary for the day of the homes we were scheduled to look at and she never complained when I would add a few more in the mix to look at making it at one point 13 homes to see in a day or even 15 homes another day. I'll never forget the moment we pulled into one neighborhood too look at the last house on our itinerary and instantly fell in love with the home. My husband and I immediately told her "We think we found our house but unfortunately.. we can't do anything yet because we still have to sell our current house" With no hesitation she said "I'll sell your house" and a week later she posted our home and sold it within 48 hours and made an offer on our new home! Everything went so smoothly thanks to Leah. She walked us through the entire process. My Husband and I know we wouldn't have gotten this far without her. Leah's patience, guidance and professionalism helped get us our New Home. I have referred her to anyone who asks me about our house process! She is truly Amazing! We initially met Leah Tarver with The Agency Texas while viewing a listing that we didnt end up buying. However, she was so willing and eager to help us in our continued search that we decided to have her by our side until we found a property. After we did find something that was the right fit for us, Leah and her team facilitated the process tremendously and I cant imagine having a better experience elsewhere.

My husband and I were looking for new homes/lots without a realtor and happened to meet Leah when she was present to show a home we were interested in (but ultimately didnt end up buying.) From the very beginning, she was very professional and we could tell she really cared about wanting to meet our needs. She would send us frequent updates on any homes/land lots she thought we would be interested in. When we finally found our lot where we plan to build our dream home to raise our family, Leah was with us every step of the way. We have since closed on the lot and Leah has provided a list of reputable builders for us to consider. Truly has been a great experience and would highly recommend Leah if looking for a realtor.
