The proccess of setting an appointment to getting our equipment was smooth all the way around. Whenever I had question they were answered in a timley manner. Overall great service! Will be using them again once we pile up more stuff!

Contacting STS Electronic Recycling turned out to be a great decision. From the first call to the most recent contact, STS has been nothing but courteous and professional. The pickup process was explained in a very easy manner, the pickup was scheduled fairly quickly, and the actual pickup went very smoothly. I found additional items I wished to discard after submitting my list of equipment to STS and they had no problem taking these add-ons. I was a little concerned as when the truck arrived only one person, the driver, accompanied. This turned out to be a non-issue as he was friendly, competent, diligent, and responsive. The communication has been great, I was never left wondering what was next or what was happening. STS was instrumental in getting my office cleaned up in a quick and responsible manner.
