We have been with Kumon for almost 2 years and it has been great for our daughter! She is now in Kindergarten at School of Science and Technology-Northwest and still loves school. My husband and I had a parent/teacher conference with her teacher about our daughter's test score from the Texas State assessment test (mClass & mapGrowth). She scored above average in everything. I know Kumon definitely played a role in her success. The key is being consistent & involved with this program. I really appreciate how Sanya (Director) would provide recommendations and alter teaching methods because every child is different. Every tutor has been caring and passionate with our daughter. I would DEFINITELY recommend this program for any family because it DEFINITELY pays off!!!!!!!!!

If I could rste this place a 0 star trust me I would. I put my 5 yrs old to help him get used to school once he started kindergarten. The 1st day Sanya was super nice and very polite. He took my son in for 1 subject which was $150 he was attending Tuesday-thrusday and let me start by saying that after she collected the payment the next time I saw her she didn't even acknowledge me. Not a hi nothing. Anyway I kept taking my son. He was actually very excited to go. My problem started when I came back 20 minutes after I drop him off and my son was outside with the tutor looking for my truck. And I was like what is going on sland she was like oh he is done for the day. And I was wait a minutes I am paying for 30 minutes session not 20. So she took him back in and gave him 15 minutes more of tutoring. The. The next issue was that I picked him up and when we got home I notice there was not a single book for homework. I called Sanya and she said I am sorry mom... blah blah blah I will live the bag hanging outside. So I drove the next day and yes there were bags hanging but she didn't left my sons bag. So I called and no answer. I went back home and I figure well no homework she is not picking up the phone or texts. Monday came by and it was memorial day so I message her to see if there was going to be tutoring that day and no answer. I figure maybe since it was memorial day there was no tutoring. So skipt the day . I went back Tuesday to talk to her and she was literally with an attitude of I care less if younpull your son out. Let me know what you want to do. Si I decided I was going to pull him out. Let me tell you I took MONTHS TO GET MY REFOUND BACK. I DONT RECOMED TO DO BUSINESS WITH HER. SHE LACKS OF RESPONSIBILITY and PROFESSIONALISM
