Amazingly convenient location and good rooms. I don't appreciate the lack of free parking, but then again that's the norm for San Antonio.
Service is just OK. We've interacted twice with people behind the counter who didn't even try to fake a smile, but also with a young man who was really friendly (and has a funny hobby of reading foreign language dictionaries hah).
Room was ok. I guess windows get washed every few months. But I wouldn't have expected a (minor, admittedly) peeling bathroom ceiling paint from a Hilton.
Room and hotel quietness was good, except for the really early morning garbage truck, as other guests have mentioned.
Check your final bill. By mistake (at least what they said) they tried to bill me for 2 nights of valet parking, although I've never left my vehicle with them.

This hotel only have valet in which is very expensive and the valet stole a lot of my belongings! The hotel or valet didnt reimburse me and didnt care at all! THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY!

The rooms were small . And honestly outdated. The location is prime. Right by the Riverwalk. The customer service was excellent. And you can hear everything going on outside. I knew which bars had the best crowds. How bad traffic was, etc.

Nice moment in this hotel, well located in downtown San Antonio, closed to the river walk
My room was clean and clear
Valet parking service is gentle and quick
The fitness room is well equiped and the rooftop is a nice place to rest
