Very Rude...girl they had working.. And I think best buy has to be losing money at the Mobile Stores ..So I don't think there will be no more Mobile in 2019

I got great service the minute I walked into the store! Great people. They work as a team in there. They help each other to provide a great customer experience. I went to two other places before here and had terrible service. I will always be going to this store for my cellphone needs.

Staff is rude .. I won't visit this best buy again.. hopefully best buy will look into staff there. I have been there twice and both times were disappointing

Worst costumer service ever, 10 employees doing a hole lot of nothing, rude attitude, and didn't want to help me out with a mess up phone I bought from them 3 days ago, thank God I went to the other store inside south park mall and they help me out with a new one. If I could give this damn store no stars I would. I recommend people to not go to this store location.
