On March 1st 2024 I rented a power troweling machine from this location. I was pouring 25 yards of concrete for myself on a garage slab at my personal residence. The machine was picked up around 930 a.m. on the day of the pour and brought to my residence which is about 45 minutes drive from this location. A couple of hours into the pour the machine was needed. It was started and troweling began. Within five minutes of starting the machine stop . After four pulls on the pull-rope it broke leaving me with no working machine and 20 yards of concrete to finish. This location was contacted but only offered me the option of driving to their Converse location to possibly get a different machine. This was not an option with concrete to be finished. The result was I had to call a finisher on an emergency basis and pay him $800 to finish my concrete. Insult to injury, this location still charged me for the machine. Do mot rent job essentials equipment from here. It is ill-maintained and will break down resulting in you paying for it. I did not receive so much as a call back from anyone even though the machine was returned immediately upon its break down.
