Always received great service here and they did a great job with the two cars Ive brought them over the years. I have had bad luck with animals on my commute. Every time, the repairs were seamless and you can tell they have the experience to make sure both color and texture match the factory paint. They do honor their warranty, I can tell you that speaks volumes about a business.
Have to take a couple stars off because they got rid of Mike. I held him in high regard, he was a no nonsense guy that knew how to manage the place and treat his customers right. Not exactly sure why they let Mike Carney go but Im afraid this place is gonna go downhill without him!

Fantastic service, employees are all incredibly cool and friendly. Made my car shine like a championship belt. I'm glad I chose this place after getting rear ended. Highly recommended.

If I could leave zero I would. They are more worried about leaving them a good review than fixing your vehicle.
My wife got hit by a snow removal tractor in a parking lot a month or so ago and we took it into Gerber. They were super nice until we got back her vehicle and we had some complaints about not having a keyless entry on our door handle that was originally there and the paint being slight off on the door. But the biggest problem was they didnt even do an alignment and it shook a little weird on the freeway so we took it back.
We were out of town and my father in-law took it in and hes more confrontational than I am so Im sure words were exchanged. (By law they have to fix it to the precondition of the wreck or total it out.)
They told my father in-law that they wouldnt charge us an alignment if he took the bad review off of wherever he put it with the insurance company. (Most shops will do an alignment the first time around anyway thats standard.)
When we got the car back the second time it kept dying randomly on us literally on the way home from slc so we took it into a dealership and they said we have basically no oil or engine coolant in our vehicle regardless of her just getting a oil change not even a month and a half ago plus she parks in the garage where theres no signs of leaks on top of that its only a 5 year old car.
All Im saying is I dont leave reviews and I dont like talking bad about local companies but damn id bet my left nut they emptied both of those because we had such a hard time with them trying to get the vehicle back to pre wreck form.
Hope this helps you customers. Beware, its in a bad part of south slc anyway.
