I live in the Iron J property and have since 2017. I moved in here while it was still being renovated. From day 1 I've had leaks. I sent in maintenance requests countless times and had them ignored. I called and texted and was ignored. Eventually, about 1.5 years later the leaks have finally been fixed. Parking is a constant issue here as well. People pretty much park their cars wherever they'd like and getting management to do anything about it is difficult. I've sent them pictures of the offending cars and they still park behind spots the next day and the next day. Basically, rent here at your own risk and don't expect much from management. The only slightly positive thing about the Iron J property is that it's just about the cheapest place to live in Ogden.

This is arguably one of the WORST companies to lease/rent from. I would rather live out of my car than rent from them again! They are rude via communication, don't care about their renters and equally don't care about their properties. If I could give them negative stars I would!! I to be clear, I have NEVER had an issue with a landlord or property management company before or after I rented from them. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
And the icing on the cake while I lived there -- They hired a roofing company that damaged my own property (furniture) and made ME pay for all the damage and threatened to sue me because I asked them to take it out of my monthly rent. HORRIBLE HUMANS.
