I work for a big manufacturing company and ship out lots of our product. This by far has been the worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a LTL carrier. They don’t know how to handle custom paperwork and when they don’t provide correct paperwork to custom they blame you for their mistakes and still try and charge you for something that was clearly their mistake. I will no longer ship product from this carrier. And if you are shipping to Canada I would suggest using another carrier this company clearly doesn’t understand what they need to get product through customs and will blame you and charge you for their process failure.
