Do not bring your garments to this cleaners. I'm new to the city and brought our dry cleaning to this location. Instructions were not followed, and 3 items of clothing were ruined. Strange discoloration on 2 jackets, and a custom tailored shirt was laundered and not dry cleaned like I asked. That shirt no longer fits as designed. The staff was rude and owners basically called us liars. I have to wear dry clean only clothes weekly for work.
They claimed it was normal wear and tear. I know what normal wear and tear is, and this was absolutely the fault of this cleaner. All 3 of these items had only been worn a handful of times, and only dry cleaned twice.
They told us they were a small business, and can't afford to honor any damage. I would assume my repeat weekly business over the course of a few years would be worth more. I'm sure many people have not had an issue, but this was our first and last time doing business with this cleaner. We will now be replacing $400 worth of clothing due to their poor service.

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The owner is rude and your clothing will come back with a 50/50 chance of being damaged.

I took my white snow jacket in to be dry cleaned. I am a professional truck driver, and used the jacket last year during the winter season over the road. I know what you are thinking, and yes, I made a poor choice using it for work considering this jacket is white. Long story short, the jacket was full of mud, grease, dirt and was the casualty of an exploded diesel pump. This cleaner exceeded all of my expectations! The jacket looks brand new! Smells lovely and it's super soft. I can't recommend the quality of their work enough! I thought I was going to have to trash it considering the condition, but they did an amazing job of reviving it. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I took my trench maxie coat with linning here to be clean ..when I got there I had already separated my linning.from my trench coat.. the guy there told dont worry we will put it back ...there days later I returned to pick up my trench coat it looked great...i never looked inside.. i ended up in the hospital it was awhile before i realize my linning wasn't there ... i hurried by to the cleaners to retrieve my linning.. it was a white lady there showing her my trench coat and ticket.. this woman treated me badly.. in all my days i never been treated like that over what belongs to me .. She wad very rude she threw my coat back at me and "we dont have this linning ...with the trench coat still in the plastic... i was totally shocked I begged her to call the guy at the other branch to see what happen to the linning... she treated me badly... i will never go back there again.. that ie a $400.00 dollar trench coat.. the reason it took me so long to retrieve my belongings i had been a Coma at the IIMC back to back EMERGENCY surgeries.. She did not listen.. Maybe because I WAS A 70 YEAR BLACK WOMAN.....
