255$ for a 10 pm call. Didn’t get helped until midnight. Was able to drop him to 240$. JUST TO OPEN MY CAR!!!! With a airbag and a hook he unlocked it in a matter of seconds… horrible service NEVER USE THEM AT NIGHT! NO STARS!!!!

The guy who came out was aggressive, irritated, and talked over me. He got angry when I tried to ask questions. He bent door parts rather than carefully taking them apart and then he left with a part of our door.

Called them to get help opening an office safe. When I explained my problem, they let me know that there were two other, closer locksmiths that would probably be able to solve my problem better.
Sending me to a competitor so I could get the quickest solution is 5/5 customer service.

Had an emergency at about 2 am and called them for assistance with a lock-out. The first call I made, they hung up immediately. i called back and gave all my information and was told a technician would contact me within 5-10 minutes. After 30 min, there was no call so i called back. I was told again that a technician would call in me in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later I solved my own issue and never received a call back. Poor service, would not recommend them in any kind of emergency situation. Service: Security door locks

Charged 250$ to drill a doorknob that the locksmith made no attempt to pick or try to find other solutions. The guy was from Israel he said, also if they state that your lock is a “smart lock” it’s actually just to confuse you. A true locksmith with attempted to pick any lock. To the guy working like this, you’ll be paid in your karma in your next life for scamming people. But that’s your choice, god will be the one to decide what your judgement is.
