image I have toured with Brian Judd Tours seven times over the years and will be joining their Best of Italy tour in September. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They take the stress out of travel, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

image I was just writing to let you know to be very careful with this company. The summer before covid hit, I put money down on a trip to Washington with a tour of the capital. In the fall we were required to make the full payment on the tour. The tour was to take place in May, then covid hit and it was cancled to the fall. When fall came, covid was still in full swing so it was cancled to the following spring. Cancled again and moved to the fall. We could of went on any of these trips, but all were cancled until the following fall. By that time, my girl friend had used all of here time off getting better from covid, so several months in advance, I had to cancle. By now they had all of my money for the trips for over 2 years. I was told they would have to see about finding someone to take our spots so they could give us a refund. When they finally did get a refund, it was short $1700.00, which they said was non-refundable. I was told this was for the airfare, now we all know that they do not reserve the seats until several months before the trip. And I was able to go if they had not cancled 3 times. But I still could not get my money back from them. With all that was going on because of covid, I don't this is fair or right! Be careful using this company.

Hi Randy & Toni, We are sorry to read your review. We were under the impression from nearly two years ago, that you were very happy and appreciated the refund check and the Delta credit vouchers that combined totaled a 100% refund on your behalf. I am unsure where your $1700 figure being withheld from you comes from, but with the refund check and your Delta credit vouchers, you received a full 100% refund on July 12, 2021. If you recall you made your first payment on 6/13/19, for $1000 and then on 2/20/20, made your final payment of $3346 for a total payment of $4346, for two passengers to travel on the Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York City tour. On July 12, 2021, we issued check #21884 for a refund of $3459.44 and included your Delta airline credit vouchers, issued in your names for $443.28 per person, for a total amount of $886.56. If you add the refund amount by check of $3459.44 plus the Delta credit vouchers of $886.56, the total you received as a refund was $4346.00, or 100% of what you originally paid for the tour. As stated in our refund letter, we offered to help you use your Delta credit vouchers, and even though nearly two years have passed by, we would still be happy to help you do this.Delta airlines was not issuing refunds during the pandemic. Instead, they issued a credit voucher in each of your names for the full amount paid for your ticket ($443.28 per person). While we would have loved to have been able to issue you a refund of your airline tickets as well, we didn’t receive a refund from Delta to do so. Group flight reservations are made one year in advance and are fully non-refundable. Once the tour was cleared to go in September 2021, we received a phone call from you informing us that if you were to travel to those major U.S. cities, that your employment would require you to quarantine after returning home before you would be allowed back to work. Because of the mandated quarantine time that your work was now going to require, you called and needed to cancel the tour. We worked very hard to secure a full refund for you and we were pleased to do so. As a small family business, we work very hard to provide a quality product, excellent service, and a great travel experience for everyone at a fair price, and we are proud to say that we have done so for nearly 46 years now. We take pride in the care, service, quality, and value that we provide, and that was no exception through the pandemic. It was a monumental task to undo an entire years’ worth of work and reschedule your tour twice, but I am positive that you appreciated that we did not operate the tour during the height of the pandemic when Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, and New York City were effectively closed and deemed not medically safe to travel to. The pandemic was not something we could have ever planned for, or wanted, but rather than just closing our doors, we stayed at our post and worked non-stop to ensure that once the pandemic was over and travel was deemed safe, that our clients would be able to visit and experience all the wonderful sights and inclusions that we had planned for their tours. We say this to let you know that we absolutely did what was right to protect each of our clients’ safety and travel funds in full. It is very sad for us to see your review, nearly two years later, and to read what you have said.
