I went in to get an oil change today. I had a coupon for my teenage son to use. I needed high mileage oil change so I asked if the coupon was also good for high mileage oil change. The guy at the counter said yes. The coupon was 22.99 for an oil change. I feel like they lied to me. Yes they used the coupon but only to take 22.99 OFF my high mileage oil change. I wouldn't have gotten my oil changed had I known it was only was going to be that much OFF. The person who changed my oil said I should have been more specific to my questions and that I didnt ask the right question. I am very upset with the service at jiffy lube in Taylorsville UT. In my opinion they should have owned up to what they had told me for that coupon and made me a happy customer but no and I am very upset over this.
