Salesman liked to bend the truth about the spa he was selling services for. We were supposed to be able to bring our little baby in the room with the massage chair so me, my wife and my baby could hang out together for her birthday. ..instead I am in the lobby waiting around while she is by herself.

Terrible management, treats workers like they're not humans, has way too many bizarre and archaic rules, confusing site, and shows little to no compassion for those who work for them. One of the most frustrating companies I've worked for.

As an employee here, conditions are horrible. I was promised a full time position, with at least 3 full days each week. But they only provided 12 hours of work a week, when they have anything to do at all. There was a period of 3 weeks with no work to be done.
How they handle the payroll, and entering hours worked takes almost an hour each day due to their poorly programmed application. Sometimes it won't even accept your input, which lead me to have almost a month of unpaid hours. This took me another 2 weeks of working with their management for them to finally send a paycheck.
After 2 months, I couldn't stay any longer. These conditions are ridiculous and impossible to provide for a family on the wages and poor management.

You can't leave a message on their automated phone system. As soon as they approach me about this complaint I'll take it down.

Horrible one they don't answer their phone's and two their manger Janet at Sam's club in Midvale thinks it's funny to laugh at someone who calls to talk to one of the employees about needing to go to the hospital wow really !!!!!!!!
