One of the Owners named Casey is extremely verbally abusive to his employees. I for one am not impressed by his unprofessional attitude and refuse to support any business that can not treat the people that work for them with respect.

Work/life balance is not a priority to this company.
There is no compromise.
The expectation will be to work out of town away from family/home, lifestyle/routine, and at the drop of a hat nonetheless .
You will find yourself paying money out of your own pocket to work out of town. The per diem for travel does not compensate to cover cost of living expenses while away.
You will be required to work night shifts - to day shifts- to night shifts with little to no advance notice or exception.
Seven days a week, no days off the majority of time, and if the employee has a need for time off, for ANY reason there is much scrutiny and push back and potentially loss of employment.
This company offers arrogance, power plays and control tactics in leader ship.
If you have no life, no family or anything else that is important outside of work, well then this company is for you!
