I recommend not to call those people or deal with them. She just closed the line while I am talking, glad this is happened before working with them. It shows me what type of people they are.

I am sorry for the incident or perhaps for not being clear enough. You did not understand that you did not qualify for certain credits and you also wanted me to help you claim those credits for which you do not qualify. In my language that is called fraud. I don't do that kind of work
