I've encountered several issues at this apartment complex that need attention. Firstly, there's a noticeable mice problem that has not been adequately addressed. The clubhouse has had instances of theft, and when reported, the response from management felt dismissive. Additionally, some of the staff members come across as unfriendly, which doesn't contribute to a positive living environment. There's also a concern with inconsistent enforcement of the rules; for example, a red-haired staff member has been seen inviting personal guests to the pool but doesn't extend the same courtesy to the residents. To top it off, the rent for a studio has increased from $950 to $1,020 without noticeable improvements to justify the hike. These are just a few of the issues that have been observed, and they significantly detract from the quality of life here.

Dont ever apply for this apartments, they take your money and never give you what they promised, I personally dont recommend I loss 150 $ with them on applications and they didnt even give me the apartment I was supposed to get!

If you know at this property, they have a scam. They dont respect other culture and other religion. Other ethnic city there is disrespectful. be careful before you guys sign the contract. Just let you guys not think twice before you guys go over there.
