I ordered 40 cabinets July 2019. Some came in December. 4 were damaged. Rest finally came early February, all were severely damaged. MRetuturned them to KIB. They wouldn't replace them until they received them back. I'm in Florida. Finally they wanted another $1000 to remake 4 cabinets or I would be put at the end of the line and be stuck waiting over 6 months again. They stopped answering the phone and now apparently they are out of business. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

KIB is by far the best place I have found to work with on cabinets for all of my projects. I deal with mostly multifamily, commercial and residential. If you are looking for an economical solution for cabinets, this is the place. Derek, Danny and the warehouse team are on point!

WARNING to all buyers!!!! DO NOT use their products, bad quality, bad customer service, no warranty on their products !!!!
We did a whole house remodeling through Green Tech Construction in Utah. Green Tech Construction asked us to use cabinets from KIB direct. It was a nightmare since day 1. In early November 2017, we made an appointment to see this guy named Derek and selected the cabinet style and materials. Derek didn't show and another guy spend half an hour to introduce us what they can offer. We chose the laminated flat panel style and asked the guy in store whether this type of material will hold in the long run. The answer is affirmative yes. We believed him, because we have exactly the same type of cabinets installed in our home in California in 2014, four years later, no cracks, no falling apart. I will come back to this later.
After we selected the materials and styles, they were never heard gain for over five weeks. We were waiting for them to do planning and layout drawing of our kitchen. We were told at least three times that they were coming and I waited at home for them. They didn't show, even without calling us at all. They just did not show. After I yelled at Green Tech Construction, KIB finally figured out a layout in the middle of December 2017. I looked at it, it was completely wrong, not what we wanted. It went back and forth with editing several times. Finally, it was done. the cabinets came in after new year. I was in the house with Green Tech examining the cabinets and those cabinets had all kinds of problems, non-matching width, depth, broken surface, you name it. The material quality were that bad so I had to examine everything. Those cabinets were just so poorly engineered and put together. So I decided to go through every corner of those cabinets and check for issues. I checked everything except the bottom of drawers which of course had problems too and I will go into them later. It took another two weeks for KIB to fix the wrong size and scratched surfaces. the cabinet installation were done at the end of January 2018. Because of those issues, our project was delayed for at least two months.
We moved in the April, then left at the end of April for vacation for bit over a month. We came back the beginning of June. One day, end of July, when I opened one cabinet drawer in the kitchen, there were several wood pieces falling off from the bottom of the drawer. It turned out that when KIB mounted the sliding tracks of the drawers, the tightened screws cracked the frames and those cracked frame pieces just fell off after literally two-month use. Then I went ahead checking all the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom, at least five of those have huge cracks underneath. The second week of August, I contacted green tech construction and KIB at the same time to resolve this issue. Derek never replied my emails. What I got from Green Tech is when they talked with KIB is, there is no warranty for those cabinets and they are not responsible for those cracks. Green Tech also said, Derek told them we were warned that the particle boards of those cabinets will not last long. This is absolutely lie to our face.
I am writing this to everyone in Utah or nearby states not to use KIB's cabinets because of their poor quality, aweful customer service, and no warranties. Again, you are better off just buying cabinets from lowes or home depot or costco. KIB is a joke.
