Since the new owners arrived, many changes have taken place: removal of furniture from common areas, removal of pool table, closer of game rooms, closure of gyms, inoperable outdoor equipment such as the gas fire tables, access denied to the patio with the BBQ grills, a luke warm jacuzzi that makes you smell like sweaty gym socks, and rising leasing fees every year.
There are plenty of newer, better, and more affordable apartments in this area. I do NOT recommend this complex!!

Great place, loved every part of living there. I have no complaints...Got a bit too pricey for me recently so had to leave but otherwise it was great to stay.

I recently toured Brigham Apartments and had a fantastic experience with the leasing office team (Chelsea, Vanessa, and Amaree). They provided a thorough tour of the property, amenities, and apartments. I'm looking forward to leasing in the next few months. Highly recommended!

Did you know that when Brigham Young was old he designed the layout for these apartments and his great x16 grandson ended up not building the place. Its actually named after a Muslin owners parakeet that perished from unknown reasons. No matter where you go in life, there you are. Matrix moments in a glitchy world brought to you by the Annunaki and the presidents son El Crackhead. Geez Louise is this reality gritty realism or is it all just a charade.
