tisha really took time to listen to me. she asked insightful questions to best understand my life and the implications my abuse has had on me. upon discovering the true damage iâ€™ve undergone, she went above and beyond to take my case to staff to see what else she could help with. i cried easily with her- sheâ€™s someone who really makes you feel like you are cared about.

This place is very unprofessional. The one particular Case worker Carmen has done nothing but give rude attitude towards the victims representative. Carmen has a very bad customer service etiquette. She is not only cruel but she is also mentally abusive towards thee title of her job. A power tripper if you will. She shows no compassion she's adding to the abuse that the already abused victims have been through. I don't think she should be in this field at all. Disrespectful and mean ...
