Happy with my service and love the text customer service option that allowed me to get my questions answered without feeling like I hard to carve out time in my day.

I would like to check on my bill status and pay it if needed. I am unable to do so because you changed your website, and it requires an email address and I apparently do not have one set up. There is no place I can find to set it up either. On another note, the service is outstanding! the gentlemen that do the pick-ups for my garbage are so very kind and considerate. I have absolutely NO issues with the service they provide, I am just frustrated about the website.

My very full recycling bin was accidentally missed during pick up. I called them and they prompting apologized and rescheduled a pickup today.

Excellent customer service. We simply forgot to put out trash bins. Got connected with them that morning, and they scheduled a separate pickup without any hassle via text. The person helping me was quick to respond and very easy to work with.
