I purchased 5 boxes of clothing that were all stated to be 1st quality. Upon opening them I could immediately see that 3 of the 5 boxes were not 1st quality. I emailed them about this and from the beginning they were rude. Actually, not they, a woman named Christine. I have previously purchased from Northpines many many times in the past with my current business and a previous business. Never have I asked to return anything or complained about anything. The one time I do, rudeness ensued. Rest assured you will never get another dollar from me. There are far too many wholesale businesses to purchase from to deal with such rudeness.
