      image They were excellent, even upgraded our car which helped us out alot. We rented for a week to take a trip put of state & back. Was cheaper than flights or train.

      image They are a rip-off. They charged me for services I didn't receive and they charged my insurance company for a extra day for a rental car I had already turned in
      They keep saying they have refunded my money, but it's been two weeks. I would not recommend the Salisbury NC branch to rent from.

      image Great, customer service, and great ride with the suv 2021 Toyota Highlander I rented. The only gripe I had was my suv was supposed to be ready by 12 and I had to wait until 5 to get it, due to others extending their rentals and my suv wasnt available. So that was inconvenient due to I took an extended lunch for it, other than that everything else once the vehicle came was quick and easy.
