Charles was recommended by a family member, and he was great to work with. We decided to look for a home last minute, and he was able to accommodate our schedule and show us several houses. During the offer and closing processes, he jumped in and resolved issues quickly and avoided a couple of potential disasters! 2 years ago at the beginning of Covid we had started house hunting due to some family health issues, and needed to find somewhere more handicapped accessible. So when my future son- in-law was looking for a house that August, we felt confident recommending Charles to him as well.
