I had the pork Chile Con Carne, and it was great. Service was top notch. No complaints. Will come back of we're in the area again.

Stopped by to try Cotijas based on the excellent reviews, but we were saddened to find that they permanently closed in April.
Signage is still there, though, so I guess that there's always a small chance they could return? Their closing post on Facebook seems pretty definite, though.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Salina. Their Mexican Subs are great and the salsa varieties are top notch.

I live in salina and i can say that cotijas is one if the bests mexican resturants. As a kid i grew up in mexico the food brings me back to that time.
