I went to the office to check on one thing as I got by the stairs there was a lady with a dog as I got closer the dog got out of control and grabbed my hand and it left marks on me I have pictures of the marks left by the dog if you going have a dog make sure the freaking dog is under control more likely won't come back to the hotel after the dog attack me like this the dog need to be at the dog pound after it done this to me

The service was great nice and polite worker's and very helpful
Safety: Not safe as it should be there were homeless guys beating up girls just walking by.

It was I can't even find the words to say I was there three days and by the fourth day when I went to go pay they said I was DNRD and the girl at the office could not explain to me why I was. on top of that they were rude I was asleep got woke up by the maids. I said sorry I overslept I was about to go pay I'm verry sorry.. when I went to the office I
told them I overslept I apologize. the girl in the office was like well it's 12" we usually don't let people pay after 12" but I'll let you do this one time. It's funny because i have friends that have rooms here and they let them pay after 3" sometimes...and it's not like I meant to oversleep 0 she was just rude as can be .... On top of all that the fan in the bathroom wall looked like it was coming down on you the fan was hanging from the wall like there was water damage it's just I wouldn't give it more than two stars they could really use some work not only on physical people skills but just work on everything in general...I booked it online to where I could pay now or pay later but when 11:00 came it didn't matter if I wanted to pay later it was either pay now or get kicked out.....not something I would recommend to anyone of my friends or family members
