      image They are an Amazon drop off or returns. One of my Amazon returns required a box, which I was unaware of. They informed me and theyre very polite. They did sell me a box for $17 they told me Thats the price boxes cost. That was a lie. I found the box at Walmart for $2.99. They ripped me off stay away horrible people.

      image Be sure you call to make an appointment prior to requiring a notary, things have changed; regardless of if you've been going their for the last several years without one. The UPS Store should learn to respect their loyal customer's or they should and will go elsewhere.

      Hello Jason, Sorry we were not able to help you with a walk-in notary. Due to us not having a full staff of Notaries at the moment we need to do appointments to make sure there is a notary working. We normally can do same day appointments if we have available slots but we have been busy with notaries with it being tax season so spots fill up fast. We are more then willing to make an appointment between the hours of 10am-5pm Mon-Fri, 10am-3:30pm Sat and 11am-2pm Sun. I do hope you give us another chance to serve you.

      image Very rude person at counter and place is dirty, clutter everywhere and the carpet doesn't look like it's ever been vacuumed almost literally. Really gross in there.
