Everyone was very professional throughout the entire process, I maybe spent about an hour and drove off with a car I absolutely love. I do wish I would of spent a little more time to learn more about my car features and settings as I was only shown, the ones I asked about before driving off.

Evan is great at helping out with service. He is so good that I travel to Salem even though it is further away from me than several other MB dealers. The manager, Mike, is also super helpful and was even at the dealership on a day that snow had closed the place to return my van to me after they worked on it.
However, some of the mechanics aren't the most detailed and have missed a few things like placing vents in backwards and leaving me with recurring issues with my parking brake.

I had such a positive experience working with Abel! He took videos and shared them with me in advance of coming down. His communication is clear and quick. He made the process seamless and the experience so positive. I will be calling this dealership first next time.
