image I love Dr.Isaac and her team. This is the only dentistry I trust, to keep my gums and teeth in good health.
- I travel all the way from Franklin NH for my cleanings because I trust them that much.
- Ive tried other dentists and I havent found any as clean and skillful as Salem Coral.

image I was told I had 10 cavities and needed to be prepped for a root canal. I was giving a temporary filling and it fell out two weeks later. Terrified to go back I went to a new dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist looked at the X-rays they took and did an exam. I only had 2 cavities and he said I didn't not need a root canal according so the files coral dental sent over. He said it was just a surface cavity and they did not need to drill to my nerve. The new dentist filled it up. Fast forward 2 years later now the tooth that was prepped for a root canal is infected and dying.

image If I could give them a zero star I would. More like a negative star review. Awful business practice at Coral dental care. My wife went in there for a routine fill in. My insurance (my wife is on my insurance plan) paid most of the bill. My wife was on the hook for about $103 dollars. Not even a month later, my wife was hit with a lawsuit by Coral dental for $103 dollars, through the Salem courts. Really? You are going to sue you're own patients? I personally went to the secretary at Coral Dental dropped off a check for $103 dollars and said "My wife will no longer be coming here." That was my wife choice to never go to Coral dental. Also my wife was embrassed by the situation hence why I had to go in. I was polite and kept my cool. Of course the older secretary acted all confused and wanted me to explain what had happened but I honestly had no time for that. You lost our businesses Coral Dental. That's it. A week later Coral Dental sent another lawsuit to my wife, this time for $20 bucks, because that's how much it cost to file a lawsuit within the Salem courts. Are you serious? $20 bucks? C'mon, such a petty practice. I'm not being harsh this is a true story. Honestly I rather have my teeth rot out my head then have to sit in one of Coral Dental's chairs.

image Dr. Isaac was incredibly kind and patient with my child when getting her first checkup. She talks through procedures and takes time to answer questions. A few areas of focus:
-Professionalism: throughout the multiple procedures I had, there was a television made available (from what I assumed was for clients having procedures done) but throughout procedures, Dr. Isaac was watching television and looking away from drilling cavities, which made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous throughout. Additionally, she and her dental hygienist were having discussions about personal matters during my procedure, which again, made me feel as if my procedure didn't require their full attention-because they would pause mid procedure to talk with tools sitting in my mouth and look away from the procedure at hand.
-Pain/Follow Up: I experienced a lot of pain during the drilling of a lower cavity and did not receive enough Novocain, which resulted in me moving around in my chair, asking for breaks and to pause because of the pain. I have had cavities drilled at other establishments in the past and never experienced this in my adulthood-ever. Additionally, it has been almost two months since my procedure, and I am now working with a new dentist who is correcting the incomplete filling that occurred. I left the procedure with so much discomfort I was unable to chew food on that side of my mouth for several weeks.
I connected with the office and expressed my discomfort and the response was "sorry to hear that, I will cancel your next appointment". There was a lack of receipt of feedback or willingness to restore with a very uncomfortable patient.
I do not plan on using this establishment again and hope that Dr. Isaac takes this feedback into consideration when working with patients moving forward. Her bedside manner pre/post procedures is lovely, but her focus, professionalism, and understanding of the patients in the moment needs was lacking in my experience.
