I worked for this company in TUSCOLA.
I am leaving a full HONEST review during the time I worked there.
If my sibling or loved one was in one of these homes I would take proper caution to make sure they are doing their job properly.
The home I worked at mostly was drama and the workers would stay on the clock and go play slots. I was one of the few to actual make breakfast for the clients, and truly pick up the slack from other workers. Loved those boys like they were family.
The house manager drove the van like it was her own, smokes cigarettes in it and let it stay trashed.
There was one client that was his own guardian technically and they let him stay home all day, doing nothing at all to help him better hisself. Now that client is living home to home!!
Do not trust this company, they are just money hungry and dont properly care for the clients the way they should. Its bad when higher up doesnt care either.

Very unprofessional, management is a mess and keep up drama and also doesnt do anything to resolve complaints, does not care about their staff and their needs.

Alton houses are Terrible place to work unorganized unfit under qualified HMs does not treat staff right or clients for that matter they don't want you to get ahold of owner for real that's why it's no number to call
