I brought my dog for a professional cut. I wanted it short and I was under the impression that they would do a cut where they would leave an inch or 2. They ended up shaving my dog down to the skin and badly I might add. They also tried to over charge me for their bad work. It was an overall unpleasant experience. They are way overpriced for what they offer.

The girl that did my schnauzer was so rude. She gave my husband such a hard time because our dog had mats! They raised the price with no warning, 75 dollars for a schnauzer cut! And she had the nerve to give us a hard time!! That is why I brought her there!! Isnt that her job?? I wont be going back there!!f

Only been there 4 times, but they already know Alli's name. She was afraid at first, now she walks in, a little cautiously, but at least not terrified. I expect t soon she'll be pulling me in. Pulling and lunging while walking has caused a severe and painful strain to my back, but si ce she's been coming here, she's been an angel...a pleasure to walk. I can't express how grateful I am
