Tremendous service from personnel including Carlos, Rob, Dawn, and Lemuel. We have a deep regard for this crew who went above and beyond to care of our vehicle. The whole experience was professional. Came to flush my transmission and they didnt acknowledge we were waiting some pulled up and they went straight to them. Will not come here again!

Unfortunately, I had one cool pack go bad. This was the only place I could get it done at bc I could barely sputter up there. Anyways, Ive had a cool pack go bad. Its about 350 to get fixed. They knew I needed my truck back the next day for work, I run a business, so they told me the only way they would fix it was to replace all 8 spark plugs, all wires and the one cool pack. They charged me almost $1000 for work that didnt need to be done and charged me an arm and a leg. Never again. If I wasnt in the middle of a 30,000 remodel I would have done it myself for $300. They gouged me and Im mechanically inclined and they knew that. I can only imagine what they do to people who know nothing. Negative 5 stars for me. If you go get ready to drop three times what it should be.
