Just a really great hotel. Everything was clean, maintained, level, plumb straight and square. The rooms and the bedding were clean. The lounge was positively attractive. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and properly balanced. The location is convenient but not noisy. The absolute only thing I would wish different is that it would be great if they had an elevator, but they immediately put us in a ground floor room. And by the way the the staff were all courteous, pleasant, and efficient. Stay here.
Rooms: Clean, fresh, well equipped. Yes, an easy chair would have been nice but we needed the two queen beds :-)
Safety: Very safe. Great neighborhood in a great community. Attentive staff, solid doors, well lit grounds.
Walkability: Not too much within five minutes of walking but great sidewalks and a safe walk to and from downtown where there's lots to do
Food & drinks: Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, varied with the day, and the coffee was good.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and always Sked if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Cozy, comfortable, and quiet. One of my favorite places to stay for St Peter/Mankato. Very friendly staff and I also appreciate the small things like having water bottles and popcorn in the rooms - really feels like a place that cares about their customers.

We did have a nice room on 2nd level. Very clean and organized.
There were several events going on in St. Peter this same weekend.
Since there was so much going on, the place was full. Adults and kids. They were often running down the hall talking loud and yelling and laughing loudly OFTEN! The parents would yell down the hall at the kids. We were there to get some sleep we would need for our Saturday event. We got back to the motel about 8pm Saturday night. We were worn out.
But couldn't sleep because 25-30 adults were sitting in the entry /front desk area. They were VERY loud. I called front desk. The lady told me that "quiet" time doesn't begin till 10pm.. same time that the pool closes. It was absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay full price for 2 nights in a hotel when all of this was going on.
We have stayed in other Americinn motels in the past, but never had to deal with this! We won't be back for this one!
