image EXTREMELY friendly people, but would not hire them to handle bee removal again. The customer service was helpful, the technician was *knowledgeable* and knew exactly what procedure to use after identifying the species of bees... Everything is perfect except this problem: The employee had no protective equipment! He was in a T shirt. I put on a leather jacket and motorcycle helmet and was able to get near the nest, but he couldn't get close to the nest and was scared/jumpy after being stung at previous customers. I would be too! He was forced to spray his "dust" to kill bees at a far distance with a long-nozzle gun because he had to protect himself. If he had a bee suit, he could have walked right up to the nest (embedded in the wall of my house) and either dug it out or sprayed it point-blank. Consequently, the bee problem is not resolved after 2 visits over 1 week time, after spending $250.
If the company would just provide bee suits I expect this would have been solved. They just don't seem properly equipped to be servicing calls on wasps/hornets/yellowjackets. If they changed this, this would be a 5 star review because they're all so helpful and knowledgeable, but the fact is they're not equipped to solve the problem.

Hello Lance, I have read your review and overall it sounds as though you have had a very positive experience, with the exception of the tech's uniform. He may have been wearing a sport tek work shirt that looks like a t tshirt but in reality it is made of a special wicking material that assists in keeping our techs cooler in the summer. In any event, we have had over 30 years of experience in this industry, even working at another pest control company, and a bee suit is not a requirement. It may be in areas of the south where they are dealing with the killer bees, but typically not in the upper midwest. With that being said, our techs are aware that they can request any piece of PPE, personal protective equipment, and we will order that for them. Your tech has been out twice now, and you shouldn't be experiencing any more issues, however if you are, please contact us. You have a 2 month guarantee with this treatment. image Please do not use Paffys they are useless with bedbugs and mice. 11 months for mice finally they put on new weatherstripping on back door. No more mice but I trapped 168 in the glue traps I paid for. They paid you. You had nothing to do with the mice. Same with bedbugs 11 months your guy spread them about hired Adams and bedbugs gone.
Can t find me? Look for bridges MN or Dungarvin. I tell you what I am going to sue the craps out if you...by your jay Clarke saying no bugs it delayed my treatment about a month
I am so bit up. I have stage 4 copd. I am not well at all. I have one assistant now has bed bugs too. I cannot have my care takers come in to care for me. So Im on my own. And you lie jay u did not even inspect. You have contract with dungarvin so you say no bugs so you don't have to treat them save money. Im telling you if it the last thing I do I am suing you for my furniture and for all this waiting to get apt heated up. I am getting bitten up my poor dogs are affected. Say Im not a customer ill post the lawsuit I file i am calling the attorney general the bbb I am going to bury you. 7300 cedar Ave s 206. Richfield can t find. Record. Just like you can t find mice or bedbugs. Dungarvin hired you to come to my apt for bedbugs and jay Clarke came shined his flashlight at wall in bedroom he lifted corner of mattress let it go its a 2 year old temperpedic heavy he asked me how old mattress I told him he then with out looking told me you don't have bedbugs. I found one nest they then had Adams come they found bugs in sofa and bed and ottoman to now with all this time wasted because jay did not do his job. But it is not in your best interest to find bugs then the cost to treat them last time 3 years ago you treated my apt for 11 months did nothing but spread them around. They had to heat the place up. Adams did it. I had you for mouse infestation your first duty with mice is to plug all holes cracks access..but for 11 month I told your guys the back door needs a weatherstripping daylight shined thru this huge gap.
You are freaking useless I am taking u to court.
Now say it aint your company that services my building..colony twins used to be bridges MN now dungarvin.
You must have no clue bed bugs can make you lose your mind. And for you to claim no bugs without looking.
Adams came out two days after and found bugs......hum? I have a new bed cost me 3200.00 i have bb cover on mattress. Bedbugs in mattress. Cover i have 2 just in case.and in my sofa.... You guys are useless
