0 stars! This place irritates me. Im just here to update my review. Although I said I would never go back, I did due to convenience. These people dont listen and I dont believe they care at all. Days after my appointment I was awaiting results and after checking MYCHART, I only noticed a few of the results but not all. So I looked in the notes that were written and they wrote that I denied to be tested. Which is completely FALSE! I specifically told them everything I wanted to be tested for. So once again I will never recommend this place to anyone. Trust these reviews because Ive been there twice and I have had issues both times.

Misspelled name which leads to calls and calls fixing it, claim never submitted to insurance because the insurance information was never added to the account, etc. It takes at least 20 minutes to get someone on the phone which likely means they're awfully understaffed. The medical and admin staff were good, but I would not do this again!

I've been familiar with Allina all of my life, the inside joke is that if you want to die then you go there. It's extremely rare to have a good experience. My first interaction with this location was a simple telephone appointment and the nurse I was talking to tried coercing me into care I didn't need and then threatening me that if I didn't do certain procedures then they wouldn't be able to see me or care for me. This is a place that will stigmatize and treat you with bias based on pretty much anything from weight to race. What's my condition? I'm 11 weeks pregnant. Don't go here y'all. Run.

I have had a totally different experience than the negative reviews on here. Dr. Moes is awesome and has great bedside manner. All of the nurses are so sweet and attentive. I never have an issue scheduling my appointments and Ive never had one cancelled or rescheduled. This is my first pregnancy and Ive really enjoyed going to my visits thanks for Dr. Moes and their office.
