image Probably the worst businessman I ever witnessed. I was driving by the shop and noticed he was getting into an altercation with a guy dropping off a vehicle. He then grabbed him by the neck pushed an shoved him around and I could hear him saying some very hurtful words that I could not understand.

Business Response on Google Feb 22nd, 2024
Do you know that making a false statement is slander and legally I can seek damage for my reputation and loss of business because of your claims you have made. If it is found that you action was done in coordination and with malice (a reason to inflict harm) , you would also be responsible for physical and punitive damages which can far exceed my damages due to loss of business. ********** This review is slander! ****************Customer with an ignition interlock contracted. Paul Woodie company, Wally's Towing*******************to bring a vehicle for service. His employee refuse to drop the vehicle where it was requested it be dropped so it could be worked on. He did not provide any paperwork as to the origin of the vehicle. In a locked out state, the vehicle is not drive able and to work on it has to be inside the shop. I expect the customer to be with the vehicle when a vehicle is being towed to my premises. The tow company was told that it would not be accepted because of where it was being dropped. I refused to accept the vehicle and told his employee that could not be drop in a place where it could not be worked on, and that I cannot accept the vehicle. The employee proceeds to continue to drop the vehicle off. When he attempted to give me the keys, I returned the keys to him as he was leaving my office. I dropped it in his hoodie and told him to remove the vehicle from the property. He hap hazard dropped the vehicle in the middle of the lot and left the windows down and I am not sure what he did with the keys. He then left the premises without removing the vehicle. Contracted the client and told her I could not service the vehicle and that she needs to take it somewhere else to service it. Since the company she contracted refuse to deliver the vehicle where it could be worked on.After the driver left, and in the presence of two other client, Paul called, I answered the phone and he began threatening me with physical harm claiming that I had physical choked his employee and caused him physical harm. His language was demeaning and vulgar. He said that if it was him he would have broken my arm and inflict physical harm to me. When he began to swear at me, I place the call on speak phone for two other clients who were there at the time and listen to complete conversation since they were here for the entire incident that transpired. I place a call with the St Paul Police department and reported the incident. Later someone call on a private number claiming to be a police office and began lecturing me about my behavior although he was present at the time of the incident. My response to him was to come in person to prepare a police report. Paul’s company was contracted to do a job which they refused to complete or accept responsibility for their lack of service. After not doing what they were contracted to do, he had the Gaul to come and do a negative review on my conduct and behavior. The service that I was to provide to the client’s vehicle would have paid my shop $20 on the 15th of next month. As a reasonable person, would you push a non-drive able vehicle from the parking lot to the inside of a building, and then service the vehicle for that fee? When a tow company is contracted to perform a service, they need to do the job to completion, or not accept the job in the first place. This review is slander!
