Went in to get my old Dyson looked at. Randall cleaned it up and it started working better, but he gave me some demos of the bagged vacuums and he instantly sold me on it. While a salesman, he was never pushy and was all about education. I felt comfortable and learned so much. I ended up buying a Simplicity vacuum and Im very satisfied with it! Highly recommend visiting Randall and his cute dog Jim.

I found this shop when I googled "where's the best place to get a vacuum". I admit I was sucked in by the website and the glowing reviews, but I also got the sense that I wouldn't get talked down to or hustled, and because they do repairs here, that their primary motivation might not be just to sell me a new vacuum (although I had already concluded that mine was beyond resuscitation). The owner assessed my needs, told me what makes a good vacuum cleaner, what parts fail. `I had in mind what a premium vacuum costs, and figured I'd probably be spending that much (close but not quite, and he offered $50 for my old vacuum). I obviously haven't had the vacuum for long, but I love it, and feel confident they'll stand behind it.

The owner was very nice and very attentive to my needs. I went in to fix my Dyson but for the repair cost it didnt make sense to fix it. He showed me my options, gave demos of a couple vacuums and was very informative. We had a great conversation about what makes a great vacuum and he sold me on a vacuum called Simplicity. I will definitely be back in the future.
